Over the last three years, we have been fortunate to work with some of the most respected and innovative companies in the world, including Figma, Anthropic, and GitHub in 2025 alone. During this time, we have increasingly found ourselves pulled between two kinds of work we deeply value. Designing future-forward brand and web experiences for incredible clients, and exploring the frontiers of emerging technologies and how they can elevate our work, our business, and the industry at large.
As 2025 came to a close, we took a critical look at how we could continue expanding our client base, broaden the range of projects we take on, and keep exploring and building at the edge of what feels like the most exciting period in technology in our lifetimes.
To fully realize the potential of these two competing priorities, it has become clear that we need to bring on talented people who share our vision and want to pursue these goals together. The role is ambiguous.
You are a top-tier senior interactive designer who enjoys crossing into other specializations. Most likely development, motion graphics, typography, and beyond. You will work with some of the best clients in the industry and be expected to lead projects with minimal oversight. Much of our work has no clear precedent or established conventions. You thrive in that ambiguity and see it as an opportunity to do what has not been done before.
The role is experimental.
We expect you to be proactive with the ideas you bring to the table, not only for client work, but also in how we leverage new technologies. You are curious about emerging tools and eager to push them to their limits. We experiment constantly, and we expect the same from you.
The role is important.
As a two-person studio, this is a critical hire that will shape the future of the business. We are looking for someone who wants to take on that responsibility. You will have shared ownership in the company, and as we continue our trajectory, you will share in that success. You are building with us, not for us.
